What is sport performance Training?
Sport performance training is a program designed to improve a person's overall athleticisms in their specific sport. Speed, Agility, strength, conditioning, flexibility, plyometrics, and injury prevention are components of developing an effective sport performance training program.
What sports are we involved in?
Football, Baseball, softball, basketball, lacrosse, hockey, soccer, swimming, track & filed, golf, and tennis.

Can RTG teach sport specific skills for an athlete?
Yes we can!
RTG conducts in person private 1 on 1 lessons, private small group lessons, and private team lessons. Each training session is 1 hour long.
